Technique: Sketch and then ink and colour applied to hot rolled art paper. The drawings can take several days to produce.
What do you need to provide? Photos taken using a phone/ipad. I need to see the house you would like drawn. You will also need to provide feedback about the pencil sketch if you want something changed. I am using ink and once the ink is applied it cannot be removed.
Will the house look like a photo? No it will be a piece of art and will not be exactly like the photo you provide.
Will I redraw an ink image? A redrawn ink image will be at the cost of a new drawing because each ink image can take several days to produce.
Do you require payment up front? Yes, I will request this once I have discussed what type of drawing you would like.
Do you include framing? No, framing is a personal choice and better made by the owner of the commissioned art. I can provide suggestions and some photographs of other client's framed art for your reference.

Georgetown yellow house drawing. This drawing is in black and yellow ink with white acrylic paint.
Alexandria grey house drawing. This drawing is in black, grey, blue, purple, red and yellow ink with light blue texta.
Broyhill Forest black and white house drawing. This drawing is in black and white ink.
House with a teal blue door. This drawing is in black ink. grey, black and green watercolour and coloured pencil over the green ink and green watercolour to achieve a teal colour.
Alexandria red house drawing. This drawing is in black, blue, green and red ink with red texta.
